All 58ji accounts are restricted to Philippine residents aged 21 years and above per PAGCOR's regulations. Age is verified during registration and can be re-checked at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users are immediately terminated and balances forfeited.

1.4 58ji reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. The 58ji Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine laws governing online gambling. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Residency. The 58ji Platform is operated for access by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. 2.3 Registration Requirements. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identifying information, is strictly prohibited. 58ji uses technical means to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
2.5 KYC Verification. 58ji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players will be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification before their first withdrawal is processed, and may be required to provide additional verification documents — including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation — at any time during the account lifetime at 58ji's sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits and winnings generated from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.3 One Bonus Per Account. 6.1 Random Number Generation. All game outcomes on the 58ji Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 10.2 Service Availability. 58ji does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, infrastructure issues, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events. 58ji is not liable for losses incurred due to Platform unavailability.
10.3 Network and Device Responsibility. 58ji is not responsible for the quality, cost, or performance of the internet connection, mobile data service, or hardware device used by the player to access the Platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection are adequate for Platform use.
10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 58ji's total liability to any individual player arising from any cause shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their 58ji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Suspension by 58ji. 58ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of this Agreement; (b) a legal obligation or regulatory requirement requires such action; (c) there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; or (d) a player's account is subject to a dispute, claim, or legal hold.
11.2 Balance on Account Closure. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of this Agreement has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements. No bonus credits will be returned on account closure.
11.3 Account Closure for Breach. Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, 58ji reserves the right to forfeit any balance including real-money deposits in circumstances where the breach involved fraudulent conduct, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other activities that caused financial harm to 58ji or other players.
11.4 Closure at Player Request. Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting 58ji live chat support. Players requesting closure under self-exclusion grounds should specify this, as self-exclusion closures are subject to re-opening restrictions. Standard account closures may be reversed upon re-registration subject to standard eligibility and KYC requirements.
12.1 58ji reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
12.2 The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available at 58ji.asia/terms-conditions and will indicate the date of the most recent revision.
12.3 Continued use of the 58ji Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If a player does not agree to the amended terms, they should cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.4.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with a player's use of the 58ji Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the 58ji Platform, players are encouraged to first contact 58ji's support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 58ji will endeavor to resolve player disputes promptly and fairly through its internal dispute resolution process.
13.3 Jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved through 58ji's internal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both 58ji and the player irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute.
